This machine is designed and developed by our company's researchers based on the four side sealing automatic packaging machine, absorbing advanced packaging technology from abroad, and combining with the national conditions, strictly in accordance with the "GMP" standard requirements, specifically for the adhesive packaging market. It is a pioneering product in China. The whole machine adopts a human-machine interface, PLC programmable control, and each transmission component is independently controlled by servo motors, with a total of twelve servo motor drives. The system consists of a high-speed turntable for cutting several pieces, a servo double row feeding system, a servo unwinding system, a packaging material with upper and lower photoelectric pattern matching, batch number printing, reciprocating heat sealing, tearing and tearing, rolling and cutting waste edges, a waste cutting and collection device, a rolling cutter cutting system, and a finished product conveying system. The whole machine runs smoothly, making it easy to change product specifications and set parameters with just one click. This machine has superior performance and high degree of automation, making it the preferred equipment for automatic packaging of adhesive patches.
